Q: What landscaping services do you offer?
A: All aspects of residential landscaping, including landscape construction, swimming pools, retaining walls, decks, paving, tiling, lawn building, tree transplanting or just planting out your landscape.
Q: Can you help with specialty tasks like pool construction, irrigation installations and outdoor lighting?
A: Absolutely in some cases we build or install these specialty items ourselves but once large installations are required we hire sub-contractors. Given that specialist companies are willing to supply their services and expertise it makes perfect sense to use their skills to provide our customers with a superior result.
Q: Can I as a customer rely on your sub-contractors?
A: Totally, many of our contractors have a proven track record in their own right and with us over many years. All contractors come with an understanding of the standards in service and craftsmanship we expect and consistently deliver. Terragona manages all the sub-contractors so you as the client need have no contact with them.
Q: Can I expect sufficient safety for my family and friends while landscape works are being carried out?
A: Certainly. Health and safety is a priority for us. We have health and safety partners in “All about people” and N.Z. Safety. Work site fencing to prevent family and friends accessing hazardous areas and safe temporary paths are just a couple of the ways we go the extra mile to ensure the safety of your family and friends.
Q: Do you have a garden consultation service?
A: No we don’t any longer but don’t hesitate to contact us for advice on who is the consultant best suited to your needs.
Q: Do you have a garden maintenance service?
